Choose the package that’s right for you. Order online and once confirmed items will be posted in 24 hours. Return for free via our Royal Mail returns service. Browse our collection of clothes and accessories and pick the items you want in your first order.

What Happens if I Damage / Lose My Items?

What if I accidentally stain or damage the dress?
We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable, and the £5 insurance fee covers minor stains and damage. (Insurance is included for Unlimited members.) However, significant damage and theft aren’t covered under the insurance. If the item is damaged beyond repair, the fee is the retail price of the item. If the item is never returned, the fee is double the retail price of the item.

We clean and check all of our items before they are delivered to ensure they feel like new when they arrive

We will arrange a delivery slot with you when processing your order. This is usually within 24 hours but if you need something urgently we will do our best to get it to you sooner

When you’re ready to exchange your items, you can email us at and let us know your new item choices,  once we’ve received your current order, we’ll send the item items within 24 hours.
